SPCC PLANS & EPA COMPLIANCE

  • Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans otherwise known as “Spill Plans” or SPCC plans are required by the EPA in accordance with 40 CFR 112.  The SPCC must be Certified by a Professional Engineer to be compliant.  Federal and state regulations require staff training, annual site inspections, and other reports. 
  • CACP, INC specializes in SPCC plans and has an advanced system with advanced technology to provide you assured compliance with 40 CFR 112.  It is through this system we are able to provide you with extremely competitive pricing.
    The Environmental Protection Agency can impose expensive fines on companies that do not comply. 
  • CACP, INC will provide all the required paperwork and certification for your sites and plan.  We also store copies of this documentation (digital and hardcopy) for the required amount of time.

FIELD INSPECTIONS

  • Field inspections are performed by CACP, INC staff as required by regulation.  We have dedicated inspectors in the field daily that review sites for compliance with our regulating agencies including the EPA, and OSHA..  CACP, INC will always communicate any possible violations, risks, or safety concerns to your management and even provide helpful solutions to these obstacles.

FIRST CALL RESPONSE/SPILL RESPONSE

  • CACP,INC operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, every day of the year.  We are on call for you when you need us to help with major incidents such as a major spill that breaks containment, fatality, loss of limb, fire, or blow-out.  We are here to direct or assist with these efforts.
  • CACP, INC will guide you through the process and make sure everything is done per regulation. 
  • CACP, INC can act as your point of contact with any of the regulating agencies.

TRAINING

  • If it’s not documented it never happened!  CACP, INC offers training in a variety of subjects, necessary to maintain compliance.
    We will provide the appropriate personnel in your organization with what they need to know to comply with Federal and State regulations.  Pumpers will receive guidance from the SPCC plan.  Field Superintendents or Shop Foremen will receive Emergency Response information.

EAP/ERP PLANS

  • Emergency Action and Emergency Response Plans will be implemented and posted at the appropriate sites, as is required.  Personnel will be trained how to use these plans as well.
